All parts will be professionally packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. This is simply so we can make a claim with our courier should the damage have been caused in transit. We'll respond quickly and you'll still have the option to do either if you're not happy with our resolution. Please do not write directly on new boxes or remove labels or stickers, we'll do that for you when it comes back in.

In the case of faulty items, if after testing the goods turn out to be in good working order or the fault is the result of customer misuse or mistreatment then the return is liable to be rejected. We will always contact you first to resolve the issue in such instances though. We look at everything on a case by case basis so if something above does not seem appropriate to a particular part you've bought or are looking at we'll be happy to discuss it.
