CNC Aluminium Intake Manifold Swirl Flap Blanking Kit For VOLVO 2.4 D5
The delete / removal kit replaces the swirl flap system including the axle to avoid problems with system, improve airflow and prevent carbon build up. Parts are CNC-machined from high quality aluminium to ensure perfect fit. Shape of the parts keeps them mechanically in place, gasket sealant is recommended to use. To keep all the plugs locked in place, one of them requires appr. 2 millimeter notch to be made before assembly. In the example picture the notch is made by hand file. Fits all volvo 2.4 D5244T engines with swirl flap system. Volvo S40 S60 S80 C30 C70 V50 V70 XC60 XC70 XC90. Kit includes 2 types of parts, total of 11 pcs.
