Electronic Ignition K1F/K2F Magneto Replacement Kit, Genuine Lucas, 6V. A 6/12 Volt Electronic Ignition - K2f/K1F Magneto Replacement Kit. A full kit enabling a Lucas K1F/K2F magneto to be replaced with electronic ignition.

Designed to look like the original magento it will be replacing, the set includes the following components. High Quality Distributor body/Magneto Replacement.

Dummy HT leads and pickups used to hide the wiring. 12V Electronic Ignition System for Twin and Single cylinder models. European manufactured using premium quality components, with a unique billet stator plate design (CNC manufactured stator/trigger). The stator plates have all component parts fully encapsulated in resin to avoid these issues. Extremely easy to fit and set up.

Super compact module design for easy mounting, also incorporates multi pin wiring connectors, so the ignition pack can be removed from your wiring loom for maintenance. Supplied boxed and with full installation instructions.

Note, that a voltage regulator MUST be used with this system (and any other 6 volt electronic ignition system). Most of the 6v systems were originally fitted with just a rectifier and no voltage regulation was used. This WILL damage the trigger unit and will be at the owners risk.

A 6V voltage regulator must be fitted to your bike. We will always despatch your order as soon as I possibly can. I will post anywhere in the world! No tracking information is available on these services.
