Turbovac / Henkovac Vacuum Packer Genuine Service Parts / Kits
Superior Food Machinery are the exclusive distributor of the Turbovac brand of vacuum packers in the UK and Ireland. We supply genuine Turbovac / Henkovac and Busch parts, which are original equipment from Turbovac in The Netherlands. Here is a list of service kits available for the current range of machines. 440ST / T40 (available with an 016 or 021 pump). SB820 / M80 (available with an 063 or 100 pump).
M50 (available with an 063 or 100 pump). D30 (available with an 160 or 200 pump). D40 (available with an 300 or 360 pump). We also offer the following parts individually. Lid seal pn 12.05.0.5010 or 0504.00060 Anvil rubber (pn 12.05.0.5150).Element wire (pn 11.09.0.0020) Teflon tape (pn 12.15.0.0020). Lid fix kit (fits SB420, 420ST, 440ST) (01.09.1.0010 x2, 12.07.0.3060 x2, 12.08.0.0020 x2, 12.11.0.0010 x2, 01.09.3.0020 x2). Anvil bar fix kit (fits T40, T60) (pn 9705.10115).

If you are unsure on which machine you have, please message us with a serial number and we can advise. This full service kit for the Turbovac / Henkovac vacuum packers comes with the following items. Vacuum pump air exhaust filter (S). Seal beam element wire (sealing wire).
Seal beam teflon tape (to cover sealing wire). Seal beam anvil rubber (seal mechanism clamping rubber). Looking after your vacuum packer is extremely important and can be compared to servicing your car. If you service your vacuum packer on a regular basis not only will this prolong the lifetime of the vacuum packer but also help to keep the vacuum pump running as near to its optimum as possible.
Over a period of time your vacuum pump can become tired and if it is not serviced the amount of vacuum it pulls will deteriorate. Failure to service your machine regularly can cause.
